Those who know me know that I have always enjoyed blazing new trails.

Many people are eager to learn more about the gift of tantra.

Tantra is a holistic way of life that helps you unite your body, mind, and consciousness.

You enjoy experiencing yourself with your whole being and integrating healing, sensuality, and devotion into all dimensions of your life—in all relationships, at work, and in everyday life—not just in sexuality!

I don't want to explain Tantra in theory, but rather make it possible for you to feel and experience it in every cell of your being.

Since I mainly broadcast LIVE, there is less opportunity for embellishment, manipulation, or editing.

In times when more and more abstract AI bots “entertain” you on social media, this is more valuable than ever.

I ASK MYSELF:

Why is it so difficult for us women to enjoy recognition for our energy, our movements, our bodies and our grace?

Why do we protect ourselves with a shield of "I don't want to be an object"?

Do we name "perpetrators" so that we can put ourselves in the role of victims?

Are we still unable to lovingly accept and find beauty in all parts of our own bodies, and therefore do not allow anyone else to do so either?

Do we still harbour thoughts that we have to fulfil certain obligations towards observers?

In the end, are we women not so much afraid that men enjoy us with their gaze, but even more afraid of other women who might be triggered by your body image?

Women are much harsher in their judgement and comparison of their own bodies and other women's bodies than men are.

♥️ Many things will become easier if:

We allow each other to shine collectively, instead of keeping ourselves small out of a misguided sense of solidarity or projecting our own discontent onto others.

WHETHER WE WOMEN LIKE IT OR NOT:

Around 80% of men visit erotic websites or consume pornography to “get off” – whether they admit it or not, and whether they are ashamed of it or not.

Unlike women, men are often much more easily aroused purely visually or through their imagination, while women usually involve all their senses and want to feel closeness and security in particular.

These biological differences must first be accepted without judgment, rather than denied or suppressed.

This allows us to learn to combine the different qualities.

In my experience, most men ultimately do not crave dull or quick sex, but also want to truly connect – once they have learned the difference.Many love to respond to women in the same way and really pamper them – when they get the chance 😘
